Capital Coating Announces Creation of New Division Providing Commercial Roofing Services

Lancaster County, PA (February 2024): Capital Coating, Inc., specialists in commercial and industrial coating and painting solutions, announces the development of a new division that will focus solely on commercial roof care, maintenance, and replacement.

Capital Roof Care was launched in January 2024 as a standalone division of Capital Coating, a family-owned contracting company specializing in a complete range of commercial and industrial roof coatings, painting solutions, and epoxy floor installations. For more than twenty years, Capital Coating has built a reputation throughout the Northeast for client satisfaction, quality of service, high-performance products, and attention to detail. This division will manage all new and existing commercial roof care projects for their clients.

Mervin Fisher

According to Mervin Fisher, Capital Coating’s founder and CEO, the growth of their roofing business demonstrated the need for a separate division that will focus on those services.

Fisher has appointed his son Marlin Fisher as division president.

“Marlin brings many years of experience in working with our highly trained technicians who thoroughly understand the construction and functional aspects of many different roof systems,” Fisher said. “He will continue our reputation of providing dependable, solutions-focused services, and will ensure our clients will receive honest assessments, accurate budget estimates, and seamless execution.”

Their new division president Marlin Fisher said that Capital Roof Care is not just another roofing company.

Capital Roof Care launched a new website to promote their division: CapitalRoofCare.com. The site includes a secure customer portal and a “Report a Leak” page for emergency repair requests. The new division also provides three annual Service Plans that help provide facility owners and managers with organization of roof warranty information, regulatory compliance, pre-scheduled maintenance planning, reduced cost of ownership, and more.
